A house with old, complicated plumbing: I phoned Nigel in the early afternoon, regarding two problems that had been getting progressively worse. He picked up the phone, explained he was under a sink at that moment, but would ring me back within the hour. Good as his word, he phoned back, came over straight away - understood the issues and difficulties, and produced a very clear written estimate. A couple of days later, he came at the agreed time, and got everything done very efficiently. But took the time to make sure that the whole system was working properly (no airlocks).
