The other wasn't able (company structure) to get access to the pipes - and their company ghosted me. On the other hand, Nigel came in on a Sunday as I was afraid of the pipes bursting, cleared litres of drain cleaner out of the pipes and definitively identified the issue with proof. Price was lower than I was expecting so can't complain. He explained to me really clearly how my plumbing is set up, and how the electricity is wired in, which I'm grateful for as wouldn't have known otherwise. Good tips on what shower to get as well. He gave me a heads up when he was arriving and was clear about appointment times. Nigel and his team arrived to a leak in the en-suite and quickly identified the problem. The grout had failed (10 years old) which caused water damage across the ground floor ceiling. He was precise, direct and honest with the likely cost and timeline and delivered on both. The team were fast and efficient with the job and the end product is of the highest standard. Not the cheapest but by his own admission - buy cheap and pay twice. The endstate was certainly value for money. The communication was fantastic. Always available for a call, regular photo updates of the work with the ability to make you feel at ease whilst the place looks at its worst. I would happily recommend to anyone.
